Talk:Energy Sneak Attack (3.5e Feat)

I am not sure I understand this ability correctly: does that mean you do not actually need to meet the conditions for sneak attacking (flanking or dexterity bonus denied) to use this ability, allowing a rogue-type character to deal his sneak attack dice in damage at all times if he/she so wills it? Nah, I think it just means that at any point where you would normally be able to deal sneak attack damage you can forgo a damage die to change it all to a particular energy type. I personally think it's OK as written; it doesn't really say anything about granting you additional ways to obtain sneak attack damage. - TG Cid 18:12, 24 September 2011 (UTC)
