It's a kill spell with a great deal of subtlety in its use. I would like it more if it didn't seem to be a stronger version of hold person at a lower level.
Quite a powerful spell for second level. Also, I'd allow a second save if the spellcaster is about to force the victim into an obviously suicidal movement, such as the specified jumping off a cliff or throwing yourself in a moving pendulum axe. -HarrowedMind (talk) 03:00, 6 December 2012 (UTC)
