Dare you approach Darkspire Castle? They say it is cloaked eternally in stormclouds thanks to the presence of the Dark Lord.
You alter the weather in the current area to become overcast, gloomy, and ripe for storms. It takes 1 round to cast the spell and an additional 10 minutes for the effects to manifest after which it adjusts its position on a 10 minute delay as you move. The spell reduces bright sunny clear days to overcast. Overcast weather becomes gloomy and reduces sunlight in the area to shadowy illumination and completely blocks the view of the sun or stars. Overcast weather with sufficient moisture may trigger a rainstorm. All forms of weather alteration can increase the wind effects by 1 step. The weather counts as "stormy" for the purpose of interacting with spells and other effects such as call lightning.
While the spell duration is running you may use gust of wind as a spell-like ability at will, but with a 1d4 cooldown between casts.
As a free action, the caster can cause a dramatic flash of light and thunderclap. It is often used for dramatic effect, and can add a +4 circumstance bonus to any Intimidate checks.
