If the holy hunter selected archery as his ranger combat style, then he gains Ranged Smite as a bonus feat. If he already has this feat, he may choose another for which he qualifies.
If he selected two-weapon combat, then he may use subtract his Charisma modifier for (if any) from the related TWF penalties on any attack and damage rolls, instead of Strength, when wielding two weaponsagainst an evil target.
