Silvery[edit]
A silvery item is created with a mix of alchemical silver, allowing it to be used to bypass the damage reduction of many creatures such as lycanthropes and devils. The process of making a silvery item is alchemically involved and expensive, but the result is a weapon capable of harming creatures vulnerable to silver while keeping a superior edge and hardness. The process can be applied to armor, but has little uses beyond being incredibly alluring.
Requirements[edit]
The creator of a silvery item must have at least 5 ranks in Craft (Alchemy). It can only be added to weapons primarily made out of metal. The silvery item template cannot be added to an armor made of alchemical silver or material that counts as silver.
Silvery Armor[edit]
A silvery armor possesses incredible shines and allure, counting as a Noble’s Outfit with jewelry if well-maintained. The wearer also gain a +2 bonus on Intimidate checks against creatures with damage reduction/silver or vulnerability to silver.
Cost: 500 GP
Silvery Weapons[edit]
A silvery weapon typically has a silver-coated edge that has been alchemically reinforced. Some silvery weapons instead shines like silver when exposed to light.
Cost: 500 GP
Special: A silvery weapon count as Alchemical Silver for the purpose of bypassing damage reduction. If it already counted as silver for this purpose it may now be used to bypass regeneration/silver.
