This silver cup is inscribed with angels and divine scriptures.
When normal water is placed in the cup, it is transformed into holy water. The holy water may then be splashed out out to 10 ft range increment as an attack action, as a ranged touch attack, and acts as the alchemical item. Holy water retains its potency for 5 rounds after it leaves the cup, before returning to normal water. Differently aligned water placed inside the grail is converted to normal water (and does not revert). Provided a consistent source of water you have effectively unlimited holy water supplies on a temporary basis.
There are said to be other forms of the grail in other alignments with fiendish, axiomatic, and anarchic images upon it.
Prerequisites: Craft Wondrous Item, bless water (or variants for other alignments).
