These robes look as to be made out of liquid metal, and feel dense and heavy. Swimming is impossible with these robes on, you sink like a rock. However you are immune to the environmental hazards of cold water and pressure changes and can see 60 ft clearly through water no matter how dark. You can breath water, and walk, move, and attack at no penalty walking at the bottom of bodies of water.
Prerequisites: Craft Wondrous Item, darkvision, freedom of movement, water breathing.
