Robes of the diviner are covered in stylized eyes all over, and have chrome, silver, or other shiny portions to them. Those wearing the robes of the diviner may cast scrying 1/day with a caster level equal to the user's HD. The spell can use any reflective or watery surface as a focus, and casting only takes 1 minute instead of 1 hour. In addition it grants a +1 CL bonus to divination spells.
