Pressure [Monstrous]
You exert pressure, wearing people down with sheer force of will.Prerequisites: Cha 13Benefit: You emit an aura of spiritual pressure out to 60 ft. When a creature in this area uses an attack that has a cooldown (such as a dragon's breath waiting 1d4 rounds), the cooldown time is doubled. Whenever using an ability with limited times use per day, then two uses are used each time it is employed. For spells, two spells of equal level must be used. If this is not possible, the spell cannot be cast in this area. Abilities which are at will are unaffected.
