The esteemed general may as well have been in scale mail, for his many badges he wore covered his suit from top to bottom.
Granted for acts of heroism and great achievement, medals of honor represent an amount of prestige a character has achieved in service to an organization, as well as provide a minor magical benefit. Though they have a listed price, they are never sold. Rather, they are gifts. Those who wear ill-gotten medals do not benefit from the medal (other than, perhaps, deception) until they actually perform the achievement required to have earned the medal.
You can wear more than one medal in the same torso slot and benefit from all of them. In addition to the benefits below, you receive a +1 bonus on Bluff, Diplomacy, and Intimidate checks against those who recognize the medal's significance and to your Leadership score, and an additional +1 for each medal you possess to a maximum of +5 at 5 medals and beyond. If you use reputation, this bonus also applies to your reputation.

| Justice | Must reveal corruption in your organization which is detrimental to its stated mission, and have them legally tried. | +2 on Sense Motive checks. |
| Hippocratic Oath | Must prevent a creature at −9 hp or less from dying (ally or enemy) in a combat situation, and ensure their survival until the end of combat. | Can use cure minor wounds as a spell-like ability at will, but only on creatures with 0 hp or less. |
