An organ placed in the back of the mouth, it acts very much like the breath weapon of a dragon and is in fact harvested from dragons and modified for humanoid use. You fire a blob of elemental energy (acid, cold, electricity, or fire, chosen upon obtaining the graft) that deals 1d6 points of the appropriate energy damage as a touch attack, with a splash dealing minimum damage. This behaves as a thrown alchemical item with a range of 10 ft such as alchemist's fire and may be used once every 1d4. It counts as a breath weapon, and counts as having a range of 10 ft for the purposes of feats and abilities which go off it.
If you actually have a breath weapon, the thrown blob has the same damage and properties of your breath weapon with the new area and range. Using the graft counts as a use of the breath weapon for the purposes of cooldowns.
