This crown, first taken from the skull of the pale horses reined to the Chariot of Wicked Horrors, was thought to be cursed. If it is, what that may be is unknown, though rumors of long-term owners hearing the distant thundering of hooves has persisted.
A fairly simple crown, its golden sheen cracked by heatless burning from within. Three great points crest upon the front, with a singular smokey red gem sunk into the metal.
This crown, when placed upon a bearer's brow, floats lightly above their head. A white smoke wafts up gently from the magical, heatless flame that burns from within. The crown continually sheds light as the light spell.
The wearer may use produce flame once per day as a spell like ability. Additionally, the wearer doesn't choke in non-magical smoke from breathing and gains the benefits of see through fog for non-magical smoke.
Prerequisites: Craft Wondrous Item, continual flame, produce flame, see through fog.
