The wearer of this cloak is able to take the Alternate Form of a Raven. The transformation last up to 5 round, or until the user take a move action to revert back. While in Raven form you cannot use any supernatural, spell-like, spells, maneuvers and other class features. After being used, this ability must recharge for 5 minutes before being used again.
Additionally once per day if the wearer of a Blackfeather Mantle is ever reduced to 0 hp and below, instead of dying (or falling unconscious) she may immediately turn into a swarm of ravens as an immediate action, upon doing so she must make a Fortitude save equal to 10 + 1 point per 2 damage you are past the point of death (-10). If she succeed on the saving throw, she will reform in a random location 10 x 1d10 ft away from where you vanished at 0 hp. If the Fortitude save fail you reform with the amount of damage you took before discorporating.
Prerequisites: Craft Wondrous Item, animal shapes.
