Barrier [General]
Prerequisites: Ability to Cast Spells or Psionic PowersBenefit: The Magical/Psionic barrier provides a deflection bonus equal to the highest spell/power level used to make it. To use the Barrier at the start of the day when preparing spells, or after regaining your power points for the day, you sacrifice 2 spell slots of the same level or a number of power points equal to double the amount of the specified level to create the barrier.
