Most consider this graft more curse than blessing, and so often when it is applied it is against the will of it's unfortunate owner.  The creature replaces their skin with the skin of a [[SRD:Troglodyte|troglodtye]].  When angry or frightened, you secrete an oily, musk-like chemical that nearly every form of animal life finds offensive.  All living creatures (except troglodytes and yourself) within 30 feet must succeed on a [[Fortitude]] save (DC 10 + 1/2 HD + [[Con]] modifier) or be [[SRD:Sickened|sickened]] for 10 rounds.  Creatures that successfully save cannot be affected by the same stench for 24 hours. A ''[[SRD:Delay Poison|delay poison]]'' or ''[[SRD:Neutralize Poison|neutralize poison]]'' spell removes the effect from the sickened creature. Creatures with immunity to poison are unaffected, and creatures resistant to poison receive their normal bonus on their saving throws. 

As a bonus, your skin changes color somewhat allowing it to blend it with the surroundings like a chameleon.  You gain a +4 bonus on Hide checks, which improves to +8 in rocky or underground settings.
