Spell Dedication (Evocation) [General]
Prerequisites: Spell Focus (Evocation) or specialized in EvocationBenefit: Spells you cast that have do not bypass Spell Resistance still do half damage, although they have no other effect of the spell. Any saves are still required unless the save is for something that has been negated anyway (such as if a spell had a negates for falling prone on a failed save, but not for partial damage).
