With a disturbing squelching noise, you grow eyestalks with bulbous compound eyes waving above.  The eyes increase your visual accuracy, granting you a +5 bonus on Search and Spot checks, and allows you to see in all directions, denying opponents the +2 to attack for flanking.  You still are considered flanked, and may be sneak attacked as normal.  You also reduce the miss change granted by concealing effects such as ''[[SRD:Darkness|darkness]]'' and ''[[SRD:Blur|blur]]'' by 10%, to a minimum of 0% miss chance.

The all around vision has its downsides, and you take a -2 penalty against gaze attacks and effects which blind.
