After the siege on Kasshta Keep in 702 AT (-100YK), the Inspired military devised a plan to create a super elan for the ''Edgewalkers'' and decided that Ronaneth (with his martial prowess and aquatic traits) would be the perfect candidate to meet the challenge. Ronaneth willingly agreed to this experiment with the hope of redeeming the ''il altas'' imprisoned inside him. In a high security kintam (Inspired military citadel), one high level psion (at least 19th level) representing each discipline plus an extra Telepath, Nomad, Kineticist, and Egoist (for a total of ten Psions) formed an even more powerful psionic entity using the [[SRD:Metaconcert|Metaconcert]] power. Then this entity manifested [[SRD:Mind_Seed|Mind Seed]] on a willing 18th 19th level Psion [Erudite] 9/[[SRD:Thrallherd|Thrallherd]] 910. After the ''Mind Seed'' successfully germinated, the Psion [Erudite]/Thrallherd was sent to the Tashana tundra to gain more experience fighting creatures in the wild zones. When he returned as a 23rd 24th level psion (14/910), he and a 21st level Wilder ''[[SRD:Fusion|Fused]]''. This fused being then manifested ''[[SRD:Mind_Seed|Mind Seed]]'' on Ronaneth; eventually granting him the powers and knowledge of a lesser version of the psionic entity formed by ''Metaconcert'' and later in series ''Fusion''.

This "army" is the defense force for the islands Ronen is charged with protecting from any invasion from the Inspired.
