Handyman [General] Sure you lack and anvil and a forge, but with things in the environment and your own two hands you manage to forge a sword anyway.Benefit: You are always treated as having appropriate tools for a skill check, negating any penalties or inability to make said skill check (but not providing any bonuses). Example: You can make Craft Blacksmith checks without an anvil, and Open Lock checks without thieves' tools.
