Upon taking this Alteration, you must choose either [[SRD:Acid Effect|acid]], [[SRD:Cold Effect|cold]], [[SRD:Fire Effect|fire]] or [[SRD:Electricity Effect|electricity]] for your Elemental Body. Creatures wielding weapons with exceptional reach are not subject to this damaging effect.
