As per the least version, but the maximum [[dex]] bonus increases by 2 instead, and the armor check penalty is reduced by 2.  You can now tumble in medium armor.

This version works as per the lesser crystal, but the maximum [[dex]] bonus is increased by 3 instead and the armor check penalty is reduced by 4.  You can tumble in heavy armor.
