Beyond the already glittering abilities of pixieglass in its uncharacteristic shade of green, those who have this blade presented or uncovered also sparkle and appear somehow more perfect, refined, and elven.  Ears seem sharper, skin seems clearer, colors seem more balanced, and hair always looks like it's fresh out of a shampoo commercial.  You even count as an elf as well as a member of your original race.  If you are already an elf, you may count as any specific elf other than your own whenever beneficial.  If used as part of a disguise you have a +5 circumstance bonus to Disguise as an elf, or as a different elf than what you are.

Once per day the blade may be wielded in a pose for all to see as a standard action.  All creatures who can see the user must make a [[Will]] save DC 10 + 1/2 HD + [[Charisma]] modifier (minimum DC 15) or be [[SRD:Fascinated|fascinated]] for 1 round.  Allies are not excluded from this effect.

As a testament to the arrogance of its creator, the blade sometimes speaks to congratulate its user whenever it wins a fight.  This seems to be a pre-programmed response and not a result of actual intellect.
