When you manifest this power, you form a time duplicate of yourself.  Both you and your duplicate may finish your turns choosing whatever actions you see fit, such as moving, attacking, healing, or anything else.  At the end of your turn, after seeing the success or failure of your actions, you can choose which one becomes true.  Whichever one you discard, any effects (including damage dealt, creatures slain, and other effects) are negated.
