Victim of the Weird
You found an eldritch manuscript and studied it, finding terrible dark lore inside and linking your spirit to the vestige Whitechapel, the Blinded Truth. However when you looked in the abyss something starred back.
Benefit: You gain the soulbound template with Whitechapel, the Blinded Truth, you still gain the level adjustment as normal. Additionally if your game use dark insight you gain a +2 bonus on will save and on all checks related to it.
Drawback: You are pursued by a strange humanoid in black formal clothing, it is always a creature of your CR with the half-farspawn templateLoM (it is always able to disguise itself as an humanoid as per change shape). He is always on your heels and if you stay in the same general location for 3 days he will find you (take twice as much if you did extended effort to hide yourself and only 1 day if you were reckless). He has access to any location on all planes and if he is slain he will come back within 1 month, no matter the method used to dispose of him (including if you took him out through ways that do not kill him, like domination or temporal stasis). He is of course always hostile to you, if spoken to he is very formal and polite but desire you very painful demise.
A DC 30 knowledge (the planes) reveal he is not an actual being by itself, but the tendril of an Elder Evil that for some inscrutable reason desire your doom.
Special: Alternatively, instead of gaining the soulbound template you may instead gets forbidden knowledge as a bonus feat.
Roleplaying Ideas: You are for obvious reason always on the move, fighting off the influence of Whitechapel upon you and fighting off the much much more obvious physical threat of the pursuer.
