Yes, it is pretty powerful. Of course, it costs you both your standard action and your blast slot, uses the Incarnum system for save DC's (much like a bard), and then allows the target to use their best save. When you finally succeed, they can still try to kill you. --Foxwarrior 18:54, March 14, 2010 (UTC)
