Flare Arrow
This strange arrow possess a powerful alchemical charge on it head. It deal damage as if it was one size category lower but possess the ability to create a lot of light.
If fired the arrow will ignite once it fly 500 feet, producing light equivalent to a daylight spell. If any creature were unfortunate enough to be within 20 feet of the flare arrow when it ignite this way are automatically blinded for 1 minute (DC 15 Fortitude Negate) and then dazzled for an hour. The arrow glow for 5 rounds.
If the arrow hit it a creature or object before 500 feet it simply outline as per faerie fire for 5 round, dazzling any creature adjacent to where the arrow struck for 1 round. The arrow can be removed as a move action to end the effect early.
Craft (Alchemy) DC 21. Market Price 50 gp per arrow.
