Epic Mind Rampage [Monstrous, Epic]
Prerequisites: Mind RampageBenefit: The creature with this feat can now inflict a permanant loss of XP (using the Rampage Mind feat) sufficent to decrease the level of a creature damaged by its natural attacks, supernatural abilities, or spell-like abilities. In this case, the effective level of the damaged creature not changes, but the creature receive a permanant decrease of -2 on each of its ability score.
