Eladrin NPCs have the following traits:
- Proficiency in Perception
- Darkvision 60 ft.
- Fey Ancestry: [3] The elf has advantage on saving throws against being charmed, and magic can’t put you to sleep.
- Trance: [3] Elves don’t need to sleep. Instead, they meditate deeply, remaining semiconscious, for 4 hours a day. After resting in this way, the bard gains the same benefit that a human does from 8 hours of sleep.
- Languages (minimum): Common, Elven
- Fey Step (1/Day): As a bonus action, the elf can magically teleport up to 30 feet to an unoccupied space it can see. At CR 3+ doing so also provides the following benefits based on its current aspect (if a save is required, the DC = 8 + prof bonus + Cha bonus):
- Spring. Teleport a willing creature within 5 feet of you instead of the elf.
- Summer. A creature within 5 feet of the elf's landing space (elf's choice) takes fire damage equal to the elf's Charisma modifier.
- Autumn. Two creatures of the elf's choice within 10 feet of the elf's landing space must make a Wisdom saving throw or be charmed for 1 minute or takes damage.
- Winter. A creature of the elf's choice within 5 feet of it before the teleport must succeed on a Wisdom saving throw or be frightened until the end of the elf's next turn.
