Dwarf
Dwarfism is a particular genetic disorder causing the base creature to be reduced to approximately half it's usual size.
Creating a Dwarf
This is an inherited template that can be applied to any corporeal creature that reproduces through breeding.
Size and Type
The base creatures size goes down by one step but type remains unchanged.
Hit Dice
Any racial hit die drops one die step, (d12 to d10, d6 to d4) Class hit die are reduced by one die step in the same fashion.
Speed
Speed is reduced according to size, ( example: a medium character with a 30 speed would be reduced to 20 but a diminutive creature with a move speed of 10 or less would be unchanged, common sense is best used in this category.)
Armor Class
No change in AC
Attack
Weapons would need to be resized in order to fit the smaller size but as long as they can hold them the creature can use them.
Full Attack
As base creature.
Special Attacks
As base creature.
Special Qualities
As base creature.
Abilities
-2 STR
Skills
As base creature.
Feats
As base creature.
Environment
Typically those with dwarfism are found among normal members of their society if they are accepting of the deficiency.
