Dwarf

Dwarfism is a particular genetic disorder causing the base creature to be reduced to approximately half it's usual size.

Creating a Dwarf

This is an inherited template that can be applied to any corporeal creature that reproduces through breeding.

Size and Type

The base creatures size goes down by one step but type remains unchanged.

Hit Dice

Any racial hit die drops one die step, (d12 to d10, d6 to d4) Class hit die are reduced by one die step in the same fashion.

Speed

Speed is reduced according to size, ( example: a medium character with a 30 speed would be reduced to 20 but a diminutive creature with a move speed of 10 or less would be unchanged, common sense is best used in this category.)

No change in AC
