Deformed
You were either born a hunchback, a defaced mutant, maybe just ugly or even perhaps with hidden deformities that greatly undermine your self confidence.
Benefit: You can take the Willing DeformityEE feat and any [Deformity] feat as if they were not vile feats.
Drawback: Either through your bad physical appearance or through a great lack of self confidence you take a -4 to all Charisma-based skill checks (except intimidate and bluff).
Roleplaying Ideas: While almost certainly an eyesore, you may not even be that ugly. However countless insults and attacks in the past made you bitter and hostile when it comes to social interaction.
