College of Valor is a bard college of the Bard class.

Unofficial Description: These bards inspire others with tales of great deeds and valor. The primary focus of their abilities is battle.

Design Note: College of Valorr Updates

 Here are the main updates in this subclass since the Player's Handbook (5e):

• Martial Training (formerly Bonus Proficiencies) now allows you to use a weapon as a spellcasting focus to cast spells from your Bard spell list, which was often requested.
• Combat Inspiration has two changes: (1) the defense option is now triggered by being hit, and (2) the offense option works with attacks of any kind, not just weapon attacks.

Combat Inspiration

3rd Feature
Summary: You can use your Reaction to expend a Bardic Inspiration die to either:

• Defense: Buff the AC of an ally hit by an attack roll (potentially causing the hit to miss).
• Offense: Buff the damage of an ally. 

Martial Training

3rd Feature
Summary: Gain proficiency with Martial Weapons, Medium Armor, and Shields. Weapon is also a spellcasting focus for you. 

Extra Attack

6th Feature
You can attack twice, instead of once, whenever you take the Attack action on your turn.^{[SRD5 OGL/CC-BY]}  

Battle Magic

14th Feature
Summary: Use Bonus Action to make a weapon attack after casting a spell.
