The cloak is scaled in such a way to appear to literally be made out of daggers strung together and overlapping. It is surprisingly lightweight for something metallic.
This cloak appears to be made out of dagger-sized blades, though they are not sharp enough to be used as weapons. It grants a specific maneuver from the Thousand Daggers discipline, similar to the Crown of White RavensToB. Novice cloaks grant up to a 3rd level maneuver known. Scholar cloaks grant up to a 6th level maneuver known. Master cloaks grant up to a 9th level maneuver known. You must meet the pre-requisites of the maneuver to use it. If you do not have levels in a maneuver granting class, you may only use the maneuvers 1/encounter. Otherwise, it uses your normal means of readying and refreshing maneuvers.
Prerequisites: Craft Wondrous Item, must know maneuvers from the Thousand Daggers discipline.
