A comfortable padded chair is surrounded on all sides by a flower-petal arrangement of decorative panels. In a moment, the entire thing folds up on itself sealing the user away.
This immobile chair is supernaturally comfortable, subtly adjusting shape, size, and padding to optimal conditions, and altering the local environment to suit its user. Those sitting in the canopy benefit from endure elements as well as sanctuary (DC 15) set upon sitting down in the chair. Sitters are surrounded by a constantly refreshing bubble of air protecting them from airborne hazards, drowning, and even the effects of cloudkill.
As an immediate action, the user can activate Absolute Safety Mode. The panels close up and encase the user within a protective shell, granting them total cover. A magic immune barrier appears around it with 200 hp that recovers 10 hp a round and hardness 20, and the shell will not open until the barrier is broken. Unfortunately, the shell will not open until the barrier is broken, and it cannot be breached from the inside. External force must be used to open it. For many, this is a fate worse than death.
Once the shell is opened again, Absolute Safety Mode is disabled for a year and a day.
