Overview

As of right now, these are just character ideas, concepts, and names with class levels. Mostly, I don't have the time or mental willpower to fill out a bajillion status blocks, but I do have a lot of people that need to be written down before I forget about them. Cheers!

The Dark Council

The Dark Council is full of some of the most evil people in the Empire, and I don't expect you to make all of them. Here are some of the most famous, nefarious, and evil villains that walk the Empire.

The Nameless Necromancer

Long ago, a man set out to become a god and rule over the Empire of the Rising Sun. And you know what? He almost succeeded. In a climatic battle he was killed and his armies slaughtered. His injustice was so great that a powerful Name Mage erased his very name from existence.

But death held no sway on him, and his spirit wandered from land to land, corrupting a new generation. After a hundred years, his armies resurfaced and he attempted a coup again. And was defeated. Again. This time, his spirit was trapped in a massive diamond and sealed in the middle of one of the most diabolical dungeons ever devised.

The Nameless Necromancer really shouldn't be encountered as a true enemy until the PCs are high level. He should be a motivation; an enemy so powerful and threatening that they must stop the Dark Council from freeing him because he's nigh invincible. And functionally immortal.

In game terms, the Nameless Necromancer is a Human Ghost Wizard 15, Master of the Seven Necromantic Mysteries 7.
