Autonomous [General]
Tier: Heroic
Prerequisite: Any psionic class, trained in Arcana, Autohypnosis
Benefit: While you have at least 1 power point, you gain a +2 feat bonus to Arcana checks and saving throws against fear effects. In addition, you can use your Autohypnosis feat even while bloodied.
Normal: You can only use Autohypnosis while you are not bloodied.
