Ring of Magical Transformation
Gain a Spellstrained level to gain a spell slot or excess power points.
This ring functions different for spellcasters and manifesters. In either case, you must wear the ring for 24 hours for it to take effect. If you take it off, its effects stay until you next prepare or regain spells or power points.
If you are a spellcaster, you gain one Spellstrained level. You have one extra spell slot of the highest level you can cast.
If you are a manifester, you gain one Mindstrained level. You gain bonus powerpoints as if your Intelligence Score is 4 higher or as if it were 14, whichever is higher.
