Balance
Took another look at this, and... well, since it's every time the character deals unarmed damage... I think this might very well easily overpower even the standard SGT :-/ Even as Monk 2 / PsyWar 4 / Chi Blocker 4, or even as a Monk 6 / Chi Blocker 4...
