Prerequisites: Dhampir, Dynastic Heritage.Benefit: You increase the DC of your mind-affecting spells and spell-like abilities by 1. You may use whelmPHB2 as a spell-like ability twice per day. If you are able to cast spells, you add whelmPHB2, mass whelmPHB2 and overwhelmPHB2 to your spell list at the same level it appears on the wizard spell list.
