Padded Tabi
A pair of well-made split toed socks with the underside padded as to minimize noise. While they can be worn with thonged footwear such as sandals, they are made of sturdy material and are well-suited for outdoor uses. A pair of padded tabi provides a +2 circumstance bonus on both Move Silently and Tumble skill checks as a masterwork tool. These footwears are often used as a base for enchanted footgear, such as boots of striding and springing, adding the cost of this item to the cost of the finished enchanted item for the total value of the item.
