Choose one target per Charisma modifier (up to 5, minimum 1) in 60 feet (18 meters). Targets must make a Fortitude save at the end of their next round. If they fail, they are immediately under the effects of the spell improved tree shape, except that the duration is instantaneous and they look like dead trees. If they succed they still take 1d6 damage to Strength and Dexterity, that lasts for one round per warlock level. A target that resisted the effect may not be affected again for the next 24 hours.
Before the effect takes place the targets may be prevented from transforming if they receive a remove curse spell. After, only a wish spell or analogous can free them.
This invocation may be learned only by a warlock that has the Seed of Evil as a patron.
