It seems you omitted to convert certain elements of the weapon from 5E into 3.5 stats, namely the Strength saving throw (i.e. Fortitude) and the DC based on the proficiency bonus. Might I suggest 10 + 1/2 BAB + Str? ---HarrowedMind (talk) 20:17, 20 October 2021 (UTC)
