Prerequisites: 10 HD, Improved Pale Touch, Pale TouchBenefit: The damage dealt by Pale Touch improve to 1d8 per HD and it slow the targeted creature for 1 round. A successful fortitude save negate the slow effect., the DC is Charisma-based.
