This simple, yet elegant hat has a wide brim that is turned up in the back and pointed in the front like a bird's beak.
It grants a specific maneuver from the Ars Venatoria discipline, similar to the Crown of White RavensToB.
Novice hats grant up to a 3rd level maneuver known. Scholar hats grant up to a 6th level maneuver known. Master hats grant up to a 9th level maneuver known. You must meet the pre-requisites of the maneuver to use it. If you do not have levels in a maneuver granting class, you may only use the maneuvers 1/encounter. Otherwise, it uses your normal means of readying and refreshing maneuvers.
Prerequisites: Craft Wondrous Item, must know maneuvers from the Ars Venatoria discipline.
