When the wearer of this cape cast phantom steed she does so with a +2 bonus to her caster level. Additionally, the wearer of the Phantom Rider Cape gain the benefits of the Mounted Combat feat while riding her phantom steed. If she already had the feat she gain a +3 competence bonus on her Ride checks while riding her phantom steed.
Prerequisites: Craft Wondrous Item, shield other, phantom steed, crafter must have 8 ranks in the Ride skill.
Cost to Create: 1250 GP, 100 EXP, 3 days.
