Powerful Grasp. If the Wild Oozaru is in a grapple, it still can make 1 attack action against another opponent on its turn so long as its not in the restrained condition.
Siege Monster. The Wild Oozaru deals double damage to objects and structures. ActionsMultiattack. The Ooaru can use its Frightful Presence. It then will make 3 slam attacks. Slam. Melee Weapon Attack: +10 to hit, reach 20ft., one target. Hit: 9 (2d6+5) bludgeoning damage. Breath Beam(Recharge 5-6). The Wild Oozaru exudes a powerful blast of force from its mouth. This blast is a 100ft line that is 10ft wide. Each creature caught within this beam must make a DC 16 Dexterity saving throw, taking 56(10d10) force damage on a failed save, or half as much on a successful one. Frightful Presence. The Wild Oozaru lets out a terrifying roar. Each creature of that is within 120 feet of the Wild Oozaru and aware of it must succeed on a DC 14 Wisdom saving throw or become frightened for 1 minute. A creature can repeat the saving throw at the end of each of its turns, ending the effect on itself on a success. If a creature’s saving throw is successful or the effect ends for it, the creature is immune to the Oozarus Frightful Presence for the next 24 hours. Legendary ActionsThe Wild Oozaru can take 3 legendary actions, choosing from the options below. Only one legendary action option can be used at a time and only at the end of another creature’s turn. The Wild Oozaru regains spent legendary actions at the start of its turn. Attack. The Wild Oozaru may make 1 Slam attack Rampage. The Wild Oozaru may move up to half its movement speed. Roar. Wild Oozaru
These giant, towering apes are the product of a Saiyan looking at the full moon. A Wild Oozaru has no semblance of the original Saiyans personality or identity, and is reduced to a raging monster, that wishes to destroy and kill everything in sight. A Saiyan that transforms into this state are usually backed into a corner, or just want to kill and destroy everything around them. Some Saiyans may be able to keep a very simple goal in mind in this form, such as "kill x person" or "defend x place".
Ecology
Due to the fact this is a transforming beast, An Oozaru could potentially strike anywhere at any time. It is a rare occurrence however, due to the attention it brings. A popular place Oozaru do show up are populated cities and towns, due to Saiyans using this form to destroy and conquer areas they otherwise could not.
When an Wild Oozaru encounters anything, it usually has one motive, destroy. Whether it's local wildlife, townsfolk, or even its own allies, its motive remains the same. A Wild Oozaru can however be influence by members of its race, or a close companion. Though this is not guarantied, and could easily backfire.
When an Wild Oozaru senses that the night of the full moon(or any equivalent celestial body) is ending, or that its transformation is ending for any reason, it will cease its rampage and seek a hiding place to transition back to Saiyan form.
Interactions with Other Oozaru and People
As mentioned before, some Wild Oozaru can be influenced by other members of its species. A trained Saiyan commander could be able to order it around, giving it simple instructions. If it encounters another Oozaru, and it does not know them, it will immediately attempt to fight them to establish dominance. If it knows the other Oozaru, such as a close teammate, it will work with them to destroy things around them, or to accomplish a simple goal.
Note On Weaknesses
While Oozarus are powerful, they have a few key weaknesses. These weaknesses are closely guarded secrets, and few know of them. The first weakness is the reliance on the full moon. If a place has no sufficient celestial body(such as a full moon) to reflect the sun, a Saiyan cannot transform and a Oozaru cannot appear. Second, a Saiyan must be able to look at this celestial body for approximately 2 or so rounds. If a Saiyan cannot look at the celestial body, they cannot transform. This knowledge is closely guarded, but not impossible to figure out. A DC 20 History or Nature check could produce this information. The third and most important weakness, is a Saiyan and Oozarus tail. If a Saiyan does not have a tail, they cannot transform, and if a Wild Oozaru losses its tail, it will immediately revert back to Saiyan form, and enter the Unconscious condition. This information is kept top secret, and any Saiyan would not think twice about killing someone for just knowing this information. A DC 25 History or Nature check on this subject would revel this weakness.
