Maddening Frenzy [Fury] Prerequisites: Dark Insight Score, Rage Class FeatureBenefit: Instead of a normal rage you may enter a maddening frenzy. This behave much like a normal rage except that while you are raging you gain madness at the rate of 1 per round. You cannot voluntarily stop raging during a maddening frenzy, it only stop as soon as you mindbreak or if you become unconscious. Once you mindbreak instead of becoming dazed you double the bonus granted by rage and you gain twice the amount of damage the mindbreak dealt as temporary hit point, both effects last until the start of your next turn at which point the rage end and you become dazed for 1 round.

Entering a maddening frenzy can be done once per day per normal rage attempt you have and do not cost your normal rage attempt. If you use a Pathfinder Barbarian the rounds spent in maddening frenzy do not count against your normal rage rounds limit per day, however it can only be entered once per day plus an additional time per day at 5th level and each 5 level thereafter.
