Balance Point

Given that this feat is written for Tome, and Perfect flight is a pretty nice upgrade, shouldn't this be Very High balance? --Foxwarrior (talk) 22:01, 3 April 2018 (MDT)

It does seem to be above and beyond most of the "Gain Flight" abilities as it's both Gain Flight and Improve Yo Flight. I agree with Very High. -- Eiji-kun (talk) 22:24, 3 April 2018 (MDT)
