Maybe it's just me, but a DC 20 check for a 2nd level spell seems really intense. Why not follow the spell save formula and at worst provide disadvantage. Also, does the creature still get incapacitated if the cyst is removed with magic? I really like that it's a super story board spell, but it seems really bossy for a 2nd level spell. Even Bestow Curse is pretty benign compared to this "Bestow Cancer".--Gr7mm Bobb (talk) 14:48, 7 December 2017 (MST)
