This bow is stylized with images of dragons. Holding it seems to sharpen your perception.
This +1 longbow grants the wielder superior perception. They only take the -1 penalty (or +1 to the DC) to listen and spot checks every range increment of their bow instead of every 10 ft. Thus for this bow, they take a -1 at 100 ft, -2 at 200 ft, all the way to -10 at the maximum range of 1000 ft, after which they take normal penalties every 10 ft as normal.
The bow has a dragon spirit imbued within, awakened by focus. 1d4+2 rounds after initiative has been rolled, the bow becomes charged. As a standard action you may fire the bow, producing a line of destructive force 15 ft wide and 200 ft long, dealing 1d6 points of force damage/level, with a DC 10 + 1/2 HD + Dexterity modifier Reflex save for half. This attack passes through objects including the ground, and deals half damage to construct and undead creatures. The bow continues to charge, up until the point you are no longer in combat. The charge is lost if not fired within 1 round of the end of combat.
If not in combat, you can fire the dragon spirit ability over the course of 1 minute of focus.
Prerequisites: Craft Magic Arms and Armor, Kamehameha wave.
