Your motion is a blur in your enemies eyes.Prerequisites: Dodge, Dex 16Benefit: When you take a full move action attacks against you have a 50% miss chance until the start of your next turn. This bonus takes effect after you move 1/4 your total distance.
Example: Your move speed is 30, once you move 15 in your full move of 60 opponents have a 50% chance to miss youNormal: Opponents hit you as normal.Special: This bonus also applies when using a Run or Withdraw action.
